I have =een thinking about the best way to market the house.4=iv> Ordinarily I mig=t suggest giving pocket listings to Moens, McCann and someone=20at Sothebys (Condon or Wally Turner). But we might al=o list the house with only one.

What do you think of asking all =ut Moens to make listing presentations including price recommen=ations.

Darren and I could then question each of McCann, sa= Cris Condon, and one other on this. Moens I doubt will =o this ... he will find it offensive.. so we will figure =omething else out for him maybe just a phone call.

I could sa= the financial partner wants a formal marketing plan that w=II maximize value. What is your choice? Paul =fiont>
