Hi Mr. Kahn. I am now at work. 2 hr drive today. =nbsp; Not great out here.
I have video from Saks. I will be following up soon with reports =nd then to court for charges against the suspect. The =verall problem is I cant find any nexus to tie him to the Breaking and =ntering.

Hello Mr Kahn.
I am putting together an extensive report relative to the suspect and the charges with the stolen GCard. As of now that is the only piece of physical evidence that I can charge with. This includes subpoenas to Comcast and a search warrant to Geico Insurance I hope to apply for an arrest warrant by Friday on the single suspect.

Nothing new to add. Suspect is in the court system for his actions.
Does that mean in jail? Was bail set and if so posted. Thank you.

He's out on bail. He will have three outstanding court cases with HUPD by end of day tomorrow.
He is also out on probation so I am sure he will be violated soon.
