I just spoke with Vonetta Norman, Michele Baker's replacement at DPNR re: the flagpole issue. We decided the best course of action - since BLUA can't seem to get their act together is to resubmit the request for a variance for the flagpole and she will push from her side to get it scheduled ASAP.
