I followed up with the CPA ye=terday and spoke to him. He will be calling the auditor on Tuesday (s=nce Monday is a holiday) to set up a follow up date, about 3 - 4 weeks out.=br>

The only documents left that he needs from me are the 2013 tax returns (atta=hed) and the worksheet that reconciles the 2014 QB data against the tax ret=rn. I'll be working on the latter and will send to everyone wren I'm done. Again, he anticipates that once they see the gif=s into AS's personal account, they will want to know why it wasn*=804>t taxed / why it was tax free.
