Recalling your comments with mbs. I was't totally naive, I had a signed term sheet for his investment. We were locked as partners.

My guess is even over there if you agree on paper you shouldn't go into the agreement knowing you are not going to honor it.

Thanks for the comments. If Nathan thinks he is going to do a deal with them that won't happen. At best it will be a fishing expedition to steal technology.
