Dr. Thomas is requesting previous documentation from Jane Doe 3 which shows she has evidence with trouble with learning. He wants to see report cards, past tutoring invoices, statements from teachers...anything. He is asking me if she has any other learning disabilities...ADD? He is pretty adamant about this. He said if you were going to court you would need to gather all the necessary evidence and documentation you can to win your case and that is what he needs. He says he will not proceed with this evaluation unless the below letter is signed and the $1000 rec'd. He wants full payment the day of testing...the guy is a bit intense...
