I am now in advocacy/fight mode, but trying to be rational about it.

1. Issue, Eric's timing was seen as a political move.
2. Counter it by naming Cole or other as acting? OR
3. I saw Olgetree saying it would be a woman, (does Janet qualify?).
4. I see the only real alternative is making the nomination now, unless it loses a swing seat. With the get it done as quick as possible position, ready to vote after Nov. Cannot delay... pretty good argument to portray any rep demanded delay as political, not in the best interests.
5. I caught the Jew cold. But available all day.

The problem with trying to map out a strategy is that the folks inside don't have one, and I am in a position where I can't guide it.
