thx marella, I had asked luc if they had plans for the house. he said yes. its an interesting site. I am aware of the history. It will take two to three years to complete. maybe a little more with the proper finishing of garden. probabry 8-10million for completion. renovation, infrastructure, including air con. electric internet. irrigation. wells. security. etc. At a fair price I would be a buyer..
