The best they can do is

Slide the existing T1link down the tower on Sandia Crest and =anch, reestablish service this wil= take two days and 4 men, cost $6800.00, /dow= time 2 days instead of 5 days once new link is installed, decommission o=d Ti link, down time 2-4 hrs.
