craig„ I must have miscommunicated something there is no way , no way im spending a quarter of a million dollars on a garage for tractors. the price is not right, you are again referecning prices that i know nad have told you are incorrect. why would you again put in a price into a decision that i ve told you is wrong . I ask again, the builidng is 50k. where is the other 200.. I=ve built three of these..

He sent me the list this morning. It's obviously a lot of equipment. 8 vehicles to move people, 3 tractors etc. I'll see if i can value engineer/cut list with him.

Some equipment may be rented when needed.

With that said reducing a few fewer pieces would not reduce the size/price of the building that much. To do that we would need to get rid of more equipment. If we keep everything the building would be good to keep it in and out of sight. You just have to be OK with the $250,000 price tag. Alternatively we would have to reduce the number of pieces of equipment further, park some in engineering (current building by dock) , park some in current shed and some outside.

Also; there is push back on discharging Manuel and the two other guys.

everyone else so it looks cleaner to Labor Dept.

The reason I sent that price was to draw your attention to it . My understanding the pre-fab building was around 50k the pad was quoted by Tom at 90k. ( witch we discussed was too expensive ), The installation of building was at 70k plus the fit out , electrical , plumbing , shops was budgeted at 59k. I am not endorsing these numbers just what I have heard . I just want to make sure u know entire price before they start

drawing my attention to a price that is fictisous makes little sense, TOms quote was only 30k in concrete and 60 k in labor. makes no sense„ then the fit out was 50k, and now brice says that included equipment.. Craig, i need accurate info. and I do not have the time or the inlcination to track this down. I would hope you would get in to the weeds on these umbers,

I sheetrock-walls-+electric always have all runs quotes Per actual broken individual out per item item- via ie Either plants/trees- /charge plumbing- for each Square electric foot- sockets- concrete I learned Running this foot- because during the job - you want to add 50 feet its x but u don't need 50 feet and want to reduce scope the reduction of $ was always half of x Also info-always great letting you value engineer the job or pull certain items away from one sub and give to another If I can help with this / prior to them giving you the info- be glad to- I just do not know the additional costs for working in the Caribbean- on an island- If u need me-
