Parc Monceau

We have some interest from Mark and Jane Wilf. He is president and co-owner (together with his brother, Zygi) of the Vikings NFL franchise. She saw it Friday, brought him back on Saturday and again (twice) on Sunday (once with her mother). They are in their 50s with grown children and would use it infrequently.

Her plan is to turn it into a contemporary box so she wants to send over an architect (local modernist - Michael Perry and/or possibly a guy from Boca she knows to look at it. So I don't think this process will go fast.

They were told about it from the man who owns the lakefront house two south of ours.
