Based on the conversation we had and the way the plant is behaving, I would recommend that the program be re-downloaded from scratch or at the very least we need to examine the program that is in there and find out why the high pressure pump runs without the boost pump running...

FYI
Tony is the programmer who developed the program for the RO. He no longer works for TSG but is willing to help out. How do you wish to proceed? Risk damage to existing HP pump and/or new and no water at all? Or remove and replace PLC with clean program? Please advise.
