More political than legal as fiscal rulings are legal ,accepted procedures. Quite a paradaoxe when Portugal offers 10 years free of any taxation if you become a resident

yes, but the ubs case ended in acquittal. a good balance

howveer being resident in portugal is much too high a price to pay .

Not sure Portugal is worse than geneva - at least sea,sun, amazing old palaces...and people are very kind
