the contract says that 175 k Euro was to be paid last year, did it happen? it says 175k ..

Here the information about the contract with Elite:

Spoke to my tax lawyer from Holland Thursday and he said the deal with Elite is done. Imad has the money on his account and will transfer it to mine this month, 56.250 EUR.

But starting from the start. Imad has a contract with me that he owes me E160,000 for the money he put into Elite. We made this contract during the divorce, between me and, one of his company's, new Amsterdam investments.

He has until 2015 to pay me back, after that we'll make a new contract. I will, hopefully, get the rest of the money back when he makes money by managing models who left elite.

Then new Amsterdam investments is owned 75% by Imad and 25% by my tax lawyer, Frank.

Frank never invested in Elite. He says he did, but I know he didn't. I will ask him Monday to send me the breakdown of the E56500, so I know if he did or didn't take 25% of the Elite deal.

If he did, I will talk to him about it when I see him in Holland next weekend.

I will forward you the contracts in the next emails.
