Thank you so much for letting us stay longer. Leaving this weekend to Minnesota for Christmas so if we move now I am the one who will stay in empty apt and sleep on the floor lol. Therefore, we decided to move when she comes back (I hope by this time new furniture will arrive...)

As for a road test, it is on January 29th but I asked them by availability to move it to earlier dates. I will be calling and checking as well because I would prefer to get it done before my school starts.
