Maturity is for grown ups

no old age is for grown ups. immaturity is the mind trying to grow, but being held back by the past/. I needlessly preface the following by i would like to be a better friend.

1. meditating and smokingat the same time is silly, more on this in a moment. . 2, take 12 weeks, anti depressants.to help quit smoking, excercise, could be surfing , yoga, dance, healthy eating. 3. have real trainers, not under your daily whim control, who will say no. 3. clean clean clean then rebuild. . you are squadering the ability to enjoy learning. I understand rebellion, and the only person you are rebeling against now is yourself. I will be any help i can , not merely throwing in suggstions from the sidelines. . I have seen this movie many times before. 4. greek tradegys were only called such, because the characters had the power to change the outcome , but did not have the strength, you do... do it

My palm beach house is my sacred meditation space. . it is white and very pure, you must only smoke outside. i am putting you in the room with a terrace for nightime smoking.

And ps I won't smoke at the house..
