I don't have any specific plans to be on the east coast. The BK court is asking for my depo, although I can do it in California, and the court just ordered it be done by Feb 4. So I might be in Florida next week. No sure yet.

who is taking the depo? Brad edwards just produced a privlege lo= that only had bate stamp numbers and claimed a blanket privelege.

Judge Ray has ordered my depo for next week (why a judge is ordering it I'm not sure, but this is Kangaroo Florida BK Court, so they do what they want).

I actually enjoy depos, it gives me the chance to piss off lawyers. The depo is not my issue, just that I have to stop what I'm working on again, fly to LA, fly from LA to Ft. Lauderdale, etc. Simply silly crap.

They will learn I know nothing. It will be boring. They will be annoyed because there truly is nothing interesting to learn, and they could learn it just as easily by doing this strange thing........"asking me".

If I were to guess, it will be Andrew Hinkes (who they call "Mr. Spock") from Berger Singerman. Since they like running up the bill, it would not surprise me if they had several layers including Charles Lichtman as well.
