Jeffrey,
Anguilla airport manager will not allow the helicopter to land at Viceroy hotel, It has to be a approved landing sight with ground markings, safe area with fire equipment. I spoke to hotel general manager Louise, she indicated they never had a helicopter request to land at their resort.
Driving time is 15min from airport to Viceroy according to her.
