Once the company she was working for found out she had breast cancer, terminated her, there was an issue with Medical Insurance, so Vivian sued the company. The judge on the case ruled in her favor, Wrongful Termination receiving $5,000 as settlement, they then went on to Cobra Coverage

She admitted to the Office that she had a drink and under NM law it is an offense to banish a weapon if alcohol is involved She was changed with aggravated assault (confronting him with gun) intoxication, these charges where dismissed Karen
