I have a friend - former airline stewardess but now big player in =apanese policy and politics. She runs a company that trains and deploys =omen into organizations. I can ask her if she can help "train" The other option is for her to actually get deployed into an =rganization / job like the Grand Hyatt Tokyo or one of my companies.
