LS suggests to meet in Lima, Peru during the World Bank/ IMF meetings there. This would be convenient because everybody relevant will be there. I would suggest that P, PM, FM, governor of Bank and yourself go.

I can be helpful in setting up relevant meetings.

Dear Terje,

I did talk to leaders here. If possible we would like to see him here in UB as soon as possible. Only Governor of Central Bank will be in Lima. As you know he is opposing it and therefore there are no needs to speak to him in Lima.

Please ask him when he could come to UB.
