I wanted to share my thoughts regarding Oren,.

after two flights, I have come to the conclusion his pilot skills do not overcome his lack of personality.

After you spoke with Oren during today's flight, he returned to the cockpit and bluntly asked me if I knew if you were going to confront him about his Domestic dispute issue. I informed him, that I did in fact know of this issue, and felt it wasn't my place to prep him for your questioning.

Oren mentioned that he would hope in the near future if we hired him that I would feel comfortable sending him as captain with a contract Pilot without me on board, I'm not sure why he would even bring that topic up.

I remember Tim Staehle from the Limited always told me to hire the person first, and the pilot second. he's fine as contract CoPilot, but I don't think I could live with him.
