Just talked to BC on other subjects. Yet, he told me the CFO produced the questionnaire and sent it probably on Wednesday.

According to BC, he himself was not involved in the preparation and left it to the CFO. As I thought he seems to be more interested in the second option. But he is a savvy negotiator and tactician.
