Hi Richard,

I attached the most recent CLOSED "3" bedrooms at PB Towers. Please note that 522B closed in April 15, 2015. The recorded price on the mis and PAPA was $750,000 but the actual price was just over $800,000. It looks like they have updated/renovated since their sale in April 2015 (new floors; bath etc...)

The other closed sales look like they were somewhat renovated. The majority have nice lake views which adds to the value.

The only ACTIVE 3 bedroom at PB Towers is 522B. 3 bedrooms are rare and sought after in this building.

I will send the most recent closed 2 bedrooms as well.
