Ada and I spoke and she agrees this would be a good idea to move Apo2's financial investments to an LLC
We need a name for the new LLC. Rich J suggests LDB 2015 LLC.
- If no one disagrees ADA can form the LLC under that name, get an LLC agreement in place and we can start this process.

I know the name is wrong. Question is on the substance of wrapping the miscellaneous financial investments in apo2 in a Ilc for ease of administration and to facilitate transfer to a new trust. Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerry
