I have reviewed in detail. the numbers are odd. more importantly micha goldman is not an unknown entity , udi, seeing his name clearly defined on the budget, but " not knowing who it was, or what the business of the person was or telling me that he couldn't even remember his last name, gets added to the fact that he told me goldman fee was 70k not 75, his , udis' 40 not 45. contingencys on the budget with a foot note that they WILL be used. if so , they are not contingencies. I already budgeted bonuses paid to funders . all in . I must decline to move further with this investment.

as you , I feel no emotion about investments. I cherish our friendship. . I have a very strong discipline about following my investment instinct. SORRY .
