Carlos has got back to me about your offer of a personal loan, he has been reviewing available local mobile homes to purchase. He has been unable to find anything that fits his family's needs, hence wanted to thank you very much for the offer but at at this time he would like to wait until he finds the right home to purchase

You had approved, while at the Ranch moving ahead with increasing his salary to be 40k, we had waited on moving ahead with this given the possible pending loan, can we move forward with this?
