I think kathy can coordinate a action list , documents to be signed , governance. all action steps. to be able to assist Benjamin in moving into his new role that better takes into account his current capablities. i guess kathy can liase with at least cynthia , maybe yves? or outside counsel? last choice didier.

this should be a prioirty, . speed, accuracy, etc. on another note, if you are extremely gracious. with david now, because he is such a bad guy, he will begin to suspect alexander is not on his side, this move will be unexpected.
