Hi Michael,
Everything has to be made fresh. You have to consider the heating process of the food being served. Certain foods can't be heated or it will get soggy or rubbery which makes it not edible.

I did not pack biscuits for bossman. Only for pilots. Chicken parmigiana for Bossman. Two separate cookers. Red for Bossman, Blue for pilots.
