IBE - rules and regs at the law firm=of Winston and Strawn. Justice wanted to have banking and insurance e=perts take a look at it. They have should be done late this week or e=rly next week.

Terrence - I have communicated with=him every day. He has only provided invoices for $130K and verified p=yment of $12K. I have been asking him repeatedly for his bank statement whi=h should suffice as evidence of payment for the other $108K.

Christensen/Ottley - Rich cut the check and it will be picked up t=is week.

Mapp - as I emailed to you previou=ly, he and Celestino would like to meet with you in Thursday or Friday of t=is week.

Note: the latest poll shows that Mapp is w=thin the margin of error and it is looking more like a run off.
