Dear Miss Maxwell,

We are looking forward to your stay at Mirage. I am preparing the contract which I will fax to you early this coming week. I would require your full name and address of your place of residency to draw up the contract.

I received a message from the owner. He proposes, if you are interested, to rent to you his 'reserved' week 30 (July 20-27) for 30% below its quoted rate. Instead the owner would take August 3-10 as his second week, It is the remaining week not booked for the 2002 high-season.

Quoted rate for week 30 is: Euros 1061 800 30% discount would be: Euros 32'040.00 New rate week 30 for you: Euros 74'700
