I hear that you have bought a great apt in Manhattan. I hope this means that you have to come often to visit it. I also really hope you call when you do.

The Island project is going nowhere fast. I must just tell you that I think Ricarrdo is absolutely amazing, wonderful and charming and just all other words of that order that you can think of. I enjoyed every moment that we spent together. I can't tell you where we stand with him and the Island as the whole thing seems to have ground somewhat to a halt. Regardless it is still simmering, at least on some level.

We just got the apt. so now is the time to start fixing it and having fun doing it.

What about your townhouse? Are you going to change anything or is it ready for the furniture?

Claudia is graduating from Columbia on May 14 so we'll be there..I'll call you to see if you're in N.Y.

As for the town house. I have been renovating it for the last 9 months. I am just about to finish and at the moment I have the painters in. What ever we do, it will be at my house. I am afraid that it will still only be Styrofoam cups, but I know that you and I find that fun
