i have just spoken with a "carbon beach"owner who will be in europe during
the last 2 weeks of july and we can see his home. double lot on the best
beach in malibu. even has a 35mm projection room. great deck, great
master. very architectural feel with great entertaing flow.

i am waiting for a final answer on the a great home in the "malibu colony"
with a pool, spectacular master and great other bedrooms, etc.

the first one will be $75k and the other will be 100k.

i have no pictures yet and am out of town til 4/21. talk to you when i
return
