The New Technologies Committee of the Whitney Museum of American Art
provides guidance and advice in the building of networked solutions in
education and tourism (Whitney.org, AMICO.org, ArtMuseumNetwork.org,
ExCalendar.net and the ANN/Reuters Fine Arts Report); the development of
distance learning for K-12 students across the country; the incorporation
of technology to enhance the museum-going experience; and the promotion of
Museum membership online through Whitney.org.
