Do you think she is trying to send you a message or just deliberately be difficult? Perhaps you should make sure that the nanny reports to you - or at the very least informs you of any and all changes of plans before she takes off or alters the schedule in any way - you might find you need 2 nannies at this point - perhaps at least one that is loyal to you??
