Thank you for the couple. Was too busy to do any emails yesterday. Went to the house yesterday for 3 hours or so. It's trashed, and we lost our simple approval process, and now have to go through another approval process where we have to notify the neighbors etc. That's going to take 30 days, and we really can't do any work other than demo until then. But that's kind of a good thing, as it's giving us time to plan better etc. One big thing from yesterday that you might be happy with was because of the floor in the master being all the same level, it was a ton of work to drop the sub floor to put tile in the master bath, so I just made the call to carpet the whole thing. Think that's what you thought best in the first place. The place is a mess now, but it's gonna be great.

Sounds like you are doing a ton of extra work on the house. Anything happening w/you getting the rd in front? - sometimes things have a habit of working out - I think you will be happy w/carpet through out - comfy and yummy on the feet

Nothing happening on the rd yet. Think they are trying to get approvals first, and not muddy the waters. Not really doing that much more, just doing the whole place. They shoulda known that we'd need this extra step, but apparently the city lost a lawsuit and now they are paranoid. Next week I'm going to have to go see all the neighbors so none of them bitch , so I'm gonna see what they say about the rd
