I have been refused Fuel purchase in Guayaquil Ecuador due to a fuel shortage. We would like to purchase 4,500 gallons of Jet Fuel. Handling agent is Universal Houston yellow team Handler in Guayaquil is Panie C.A.

I am going back to Ecuador w/JE. I need fuel - see Larry memo to me - would like to have the fuel Tuesday 24th August anytime in the afternoon - plane is a 727 908 JE at Jani FBO Guayaquil - ok , so can you call the ambassador for me for this - need to know asap as this is for next tues let me know
