Ira - I am sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you. I wanted to accord your e mail to me the proper attention it deserved and that required a stretch of uninterrupted time. I am in Palm Beach and the flight here tonight afforded me just that.

I do not want to rush an answer to you and I need to think carefully about what I want to do and what I want to accomplish. I did however want to let you know that I feel very sensible of the opportunity that you have placed before me and very humbled that you should think that I can be of such service.

I welcome your insight, I welcome your advice and I welcome your intrusion (your word!). I am off traveling again and will not be back in NY until the 12th November. I will be in touch before I return having had more time to think and more opportunity to discuss future plans with Jeffrey which is integral to being able to commit time to any other project
