Please see attached the modified Recipe for Jeffreys Organic Ginger Drink that has developed.

Please note that the ginger has to be the Organic kind that is smaller with more branches than the regular ginger. It has far more flavor than the regular kind.

, I am not sure how readily available or what variety of ginger is available to you on St Thomas so I am wondering if I should send a bag of the organic one from New York for the next trip?

Valdson I know the ginger is quite different in Paris so I think I will send some with him the next time he comes.
