Just something I noticed, the food items (yoghurt and milk) a=d our ice packs that had unpacked in the fridge at the ritz where not =acked back in the food bag when we left. He was asking for his yoghurt lat=r in the day. Please always be sure to do a full check of the rooms when w= depart. I am sure you did, but the fridge is very easy to miss, especiall= when it is behind a closet door :)

Almost=threw up all over the table! And as I am sitting contemplating how we can =ake the hotel trips better and smoother. What a slap in the face!
