Hi Lesley,

FYI: I was on the phone with delta and was told that they no longer allow upgrades to economy comfort by paying 50 something dollars the way I always did it before when checking in online). In order for me to upgrade, they would have to change the entire ticket and include the cancellation fee, which would be more than $300 dollars per person they said. they consider delta comfort as a separate class of ticket now. Could you please check with American express if they could do economy comfort for me and sitting together? If not, then leave it for now, but please do book economy comfort in the future, as otherwise it will be impossible for us to change.
