I am pricing this based on a Mannington product called Sobella Classics. This has a pattern in black and white checkerboard in a higher gloss. I am figuring for material, rip up and disposal of the existing laminate flooring, a double smooth coat (levels the subfloor for a proper linoleum installation) and installation. The grand total for everything including tax, is $15,526.44. If you have a fax number that you can get me, I would be happy to send over the breakdown. Hi Art,

I showed the owner the sample of the Mannington floor I had and he likes the finish of it, but when I told him the squares were only 9" square, he said that was too small. He wants at least 12" - 16" square. Do you know if anyone makes the black and white linoleum with squares that large in a glossy finish? I know Armstrong squares are 12", but he didn't like the finish of that flooring. Sorry to be so picky!
