Hi Francis. Mr Epstein will actually be leaving town on Sat night, so no need for Sunday.

For tomorrow nights dinner, it will be for 8 people. One is a Muslim, so we can't have any pork products in the food. I'm still working on a time. Please let me know what you need from me. I purchased the blender and some basic knives as well. Would you have a menu in mind? Perhaps a fish dish as well as a beef or chicken dish? The Branzino you made for the tasting was amazing. I can get cash to you as well in order to purchase ingredients..about how much do you think you will need?
