HI Rich...just checking on this...I have nothing to add in accept for- Jeffrey will be meeting with a 'curtain specialist' in NY on Oct. 6th...someone they have met in Paris (Brazet Curtain Specialist)...and Leighton's apt (11) was cleaned and should be ready for guests (unless Karyna is still installing art work, etc?)

Regarding artwork, ext: we still need to work on this, only 7J is done.
