Hi Anthony,
Attached please find a picture with a new idea from Mr. Epstein for the separation of the studio apartment 8A. It would require a curtain pole and a column like on the photo. Mr. Epstein would like to proceed with it please.
Please advise what would be the next step.

We can do this right away. Let me know where you want the columns. You can just mark the floor with tape.
