So just to clarify, you would now like to stay Friday AND =aturday night at the hotel in Napa...but you will arrive late on Friday =nd only attend John's seminar on Saturday.

I think this sounds right. He said we will leave for the ranch =his Friday around 4pm, leave the ranch on the 15th at 12pm for Seattle, =eave Seattle late on the 15th for Napa, checking into the hotel late, =idnight or later; leave Napa either late Sat. night, or Sunday =fternoon to LSJ. We will fly straight to LSJ if we can make it nonstop, =therwise we will stop in Palm Beach on the way to LSJ

Yes, I have an Estate Room for JE and a studio for assistants...BUT, = just called the Meadowoods Inn and was told they no longer have a =tudio available for Sat. 16th (they DO have the Estate Suite available =or the 16th) I am waiting for a call back from the woman who I have =een speaking with (Hailey) to find out if she might be able to juggle =omething. The other option is to book a room that costs $50 more a =ight...which we may just have to do. How many people need to sleep in =his extra room? maybe I need to make it a bigger room anyway? AND =nother option is they do have rollaway beds...

I think a room for 50 more a night is not bad at all.. it will be my =oom! I think I would be in it alone, or possibly with Sue. I'm not sure =hat her plans are yet or when she might be meeting up with us.
