That letter is very similar to your first one in that it states a trip =n the past. We can try this letter but there is a good chance the =assport agency will suspend you request. To ensure the issuance of a =econd valid passport you'll need to change the second paragraph to look =ike the below statement.

"I am currently traveling to Nigeria on July 1st, 2011, and will be =eturning to the United States on July, 11th 2011. On July 17th, 2011, = will be traveling to Kenya, and visas are necessary for both trips."

You can change the countries to the places you were going to go (or =id go to) but the dates must be in the future.

Is it necessary to send you the page which is titled "Request for a =econd Valid Passport", where it asks you to choose either Type I or =ype II?
