Basically u need to do following:

=ook hotel (Hyatt Ararat is where PM stays), do online and try and make =efundable

send to the =etails of the hotel
then, either Mr D's office will be able to =ssist with visas (fast tracking your application) or you need to speak =o an ahgency in Paris now to see if they can start process)

Keep =he Mr D people informed

Dear Ben,

Can you =lease tell them that it's going to be a tourist visas as it is the =nly way in such a short notice.

Could you also ask them till what =ate they plan to be in Russia and

will they need hotel in Moscow. If =hey will we'll book it in advance as we need thebooking for tourist =oucher anyway.
