Did JE mention anything to either of you regarding upgrading Jean Luc's room at the Hyatt in Kiev? I stupidly sent him an email with 2 questions in it. 1 - Whether we should do the Hyatt for through Pritzker and 2. Whether we can help Jean Luc to upgrade his room through Pritzker. He answered 'yes' but I dont know if this is for both questions
Sarie I saw your email where you mentioned Les is doing the 3 night booking for at the Hyatt and your email to Je asking him if we should book the Hyatt for through Pritzker. I take it he answered yes to your email.
If he hasn't mentioned anything regarding Jean Luc's room to either of you maybe I will have to double clarify with him
He has mentioned nothing about having Jean Luc's room upgraded to me
I am taking care of room now through Jeannine in Pritzker's office. Booking under name arriving on 9th checking out on 12th!! I will pass along the confirm once I receive it.
