Re: Brian's Birthday Follow Up

You're receiving this email, as you have indicated you will be able (or hoping) to join us for a week full of extracurricular adult activities out in Vegas in a week and a half! We're excited to have such a great group coming together to celebrate Brian's birthday over what promises to be an amazing week.

Travel and Lodging Update:

• As far as the specifics are concerned, I should have the group hotel finalized by the end of the weekend as I'm still waiting to hear back on dates

• Please let me know what room configuration you would like, and I will do my best to

• Those traveling from New York, reach out to me directly, as it looks like we will have your transportation covered on the way out to Vegas, departing on 10/21

• Those traveling in from other parts of the country that are planning to join on Sunday, plan to arrive around 11am to 12pm on the 21st

• Please let me know if you will plan on attending the Martinsville leg of the trip. If so, I will need you Driver's License number, along with your full name by this Sunday 10/14

• There will likely be transportation back to New York leaving on Saturday 10/27 in the AM for anyone who would like to stick around. For those planning on staying for the race Sunday, plan to fly out of Greensboro Sunday 10/28 as late as possible. Again, follow up with me here to discuss

General travel dates are:

• NY to Vegas (Private): 10/21 AM
• Vegas to Martinsville (Private for those heading to Martinsville): 10/25 Noon
• Martinsville to NY (Private for those not attending the race): 10/27 AM
• Martinsville to NY (Commercial for those attending the race): 10/28 7pm or so on or 10/29 AM

Vegas Activities Update & Responses Required:

• All I need from you at this point is your interest level in the activities below so I can finalize our bookings. I've included pricing as some of you have asked. Please "sign up" for the activities below:

• Motorcycle Track Day

• There is a small chance of this happening based on track availability, and uncertain number of participants

• If you are interested, please let me know ASAP, and I will determine if we can pull it off by early next week

• Probably $250 to $400

• Dune Buggies

• There is a great dune buggy tour in the desert, but would like to gauge interest before moving forward

• Approximately $200 per person

• Richard Petty Driving School

• We have a group reserved for 1pm on 10/23

• This will be the activity of the trip, and full participation is expected on this! It will be (for most of us) a once in a lifetime experience..

• Approximately $450 to $500 per person

• Golf

• Finalizing course, and determining tee times, but will likely be on 10/24 (a boozy round of golf for BV's birthday

• Greens fees should be $100 to $250 per person

• Skydiving

• Yes, most of us will be throwing ourselves out of a perfectly good airplane!

• Rates are approximately $200 per person + videos, photos, etc

• Dinners, clubs, lounges, and bars are all pretty much coordinated. Just waiting on final numbers.. If you have any specific requests, or ideas reach out to me directly

Checking back in with everyone to get an update on the email below, and to let you know that for those of you needing rooms in Vegas, we have two options:

-Cosmopolitan's Terrace Studio at $250 (larger suites are also available)

-Palms Hotel and Casino between $100 and $150

-Palms Place Hotel (separate tower than casino) from $115

Also, need to hear back on activities below so we can lock everything in asap.

I'm close with Steve Anson, the owner of Fiamma Restaurant at MGM Grand and could make a reservation there for dinner one night. I don't know if you already have all the dinners planned already?
